Call recordings — telephone calls to us may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.

Who we share it with

We share enquiry details with our appointed letting agents (William H Brown and Symonds & Greenaway) for the purpose of managing lettings at The Mill Yard. This may involve logging your details on our CRM system, and we, or our letting agents, may contact you directly to discuss your requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this website, it's processed by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which delivers your submission to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so submitting the form involves transferring your data outside the UK. Formspree's own privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies and third-party embeds

This site embeds a Google Maps view to show our location. Google may set its own cookies or collect data when the map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy. Links to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

This site also embeds a live Instagram feed via Mirror App, which may set its own cookies or collect data when it loads. Mirror App's own privacy policy is available at mirror-app.com/privacy-policy.

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The Google Map, Google reviews and Instagram feed only load if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our home page.

We keep your enquiry details for up to 2 years from your last contact with us, after which they are securely deleted.
